HOW WE TRAIN.
RDU Wing Chun champions a flexible training program amongst diverse levels of practitioners. Learn fundamental techniques to multiple scenarios with mentorship from senior students. Actively contribute to the pace of your development. Advancement is not acknowledged with unnecessary belts or medals, moreover your progression is realized in form and response.
We are open 4 days a week and there is no limit to the number of classes you can take. New Students, BOOK IN ADVANCE, including drop-ins, through SCHEDULING.
An important part of fighting well is being in shape. COME PREPARED TO TRAIN. A power-train session occurs IN class with body-weight exercises to provide functional strength and endurance.
